Using this website and its services means accepting these policies. To place an order, select your product details, upload a photo, provide your contact and delivery details, and complete payment.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided, including their name, phone, email and shipping address, and for the photo they upload.

After the order and payment are completed, production begins: hand-sculpting from your photo and selections, painting, heat-curing, quality inspection and packaging for shipping.

We collect the information needed to fulfill and deliver your order: name, phone, email, shipping address, product selections, notes and uploaded photos.

Information and photos are stored securely and privately. Our team accesses them to produce and deliver your order, provide customer service and communicate about your order.

Information is not used for unrelated purposes or shared with third parties except to fulfill the order (such as payment and shipping) or as required by law.

Estimated production and delivery take up to 30 days from completion of the order and payment.

Exceptional circumstances outside our control may cause delays. We will inform customers as soon as possible about significant delays.

Products are made to order based on the photo and information the customer supplies.

Generally, orders cannot be canceled or refunded after production begins, except where applicable law grants that right.

If your product arrives broken, defective or damaged during production or shipping, contact us promptly and include photos of the product and damage.

After reviewing the case, we will act according to our policies and applicable law and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or suitable solution.

These policies do not limit customers' statutory rights. Applicable law prevails wherever it grants rights that cannot be waived or limited by store policies.

Each product is individually made from the customer's photo and order selections (number of figures and figurine size).

The product is a handmade three-dimensional artwork based on the supplied photo, not necessarily an exact photographic reproduction.

Customers must have the right to use the uploaded photo and provide it for making the figurine.

Customers should upload a clear photo suitable for creating the figurine.

If the photo is unsuitable or prevents proper production, we will contact the customer before proceeding, if needed.

If the product arrives broken, defective or damaged during production or shipping, contact us with photos of the product and damage so we can review and resolve the case under our policies and applicable law.
